1. Introduction

jetph ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") is an online gaming and betting platform licensed and regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) to provide casino games, sports betting, bingo, slot games, fishing games, and other gambling services to eligible players in the Philippines. These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between jetph and every user ("you", "your", or "Player") who accesses or uses the Platform.

By creating an account on jetph, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise engaging with any services offered on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have carefully read these Terms, understood their contents, and agree to comply with all provisions herein. 2. Eligibility and Age Restrictions

To be eligible to use jetph, you must meet the following requirements:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of account registration.
• You are a resident of the Philippines or are physically located within Philippine territory at the time of accessing the Platform.
• You are not legally prohibited from participating in gambling activities under any applicable law, regulation, or court order.
• You are registering and playing on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party, and all deposits made to your account are from funds legally owned by you.
• You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by jetph for breach of these Terms or any other misconduct.
• You are not currently self-excluded from gambling activities on jetph or any other PAGCOR-regulated platform.

jetph reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification documents, utility bills, or bank statements. Failure to provide satisfactory verification when requested may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds. It is a criminal offense under Philippine law for any person under the age of 21 to gamble or attempt to gamble on licensed gaming platforms.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To use jetph's real-money services, you must register a personal account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid mobile number, and email address. All information provided must match official government-issued identification documents. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account termination.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) account on jetph. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, family members' names, or any other method, is strictly prohibited. jetph employs sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. If multiple accounts are detected, jetph reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bets placed through duplicate accounts, and confiscate any winnings or bonuses earned through those accounts. Only the original account, if it can be verified, may remain active.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. Any activity conducted through your account is presumed to have been authorized by you, and you bear full responsibility for all transactions, bets, deposits, and withdrawals made under your account credentials. If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization, you must notify jetph customer support immediately.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jetph accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to users in the Philippines: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers to designated Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank), over-the-counter cash deposits at authorized payment centers (7-Eleven, Cebuana Lhuillier), cryptocurrency transfers (USDT TRC20), and such other methods as jetph may make available from time to time. The availability of specific payment methods may vary based on your location and the policies of third-party payment processors.

4.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

The minimum deposit amount on jetph is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100). There is no maximum deposit limit unless specifically imposed by your chosen payment method or by responsible gaming limits you have set on your account. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Deposits are typically credited to your jetph account balance instantly for e-wallet transactions (GCash, Maya) and within 5-15 minutes for bank transfers and over-the-counter payments, subject to confirmation from the payment provider.

4.3 Source of Funds

You warrant that all funds deposited to your jetph account originate from legitimate sources and are legally owned by you. jetph operates strict anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. jetph reserves the right to request documentation proving the source of deposited funds, particularly for large or unusual deposit patterns. Funds suspected to be derived from criminal activity, fraud, or any illegal source will be frozen pending investigation and may be reported to relevant authorities.

5. Withdrawals and Payout Terms

5.1 Withdrawal Requests

You may request to withdraw funds from your jetph account at any time, subject to completion of identity verification procedures and compliance with these Terms. Withdrawal requests can only be processed to payment methods registered in your own name. jetph does not permit third-party withdrawals under any circumstances. The minimum withdrawal amount is Five Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱500). There is no maximum withdrawal amount per transaction, though jetph reserves the right to process exceptionally large withdrawals in installments for security and liquidity management purposes.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

jetph endeavors to process all withdrawal requests promptly. E-wallet withdrawals (GCash, Maya) are typically completed within 3 minutes to 24 hours of approval. Bank transfers are processed within 1-3 business days. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within 24 hours subject to blockchain confirmation times. Processing times may be extended during weekends, public holidays, or in cases where additional verification is required.

5.3 Verification Requirements

Before your first withdrawal, and periodically thereafter, jetph will require you to complete identity verification by submitting copies of valid government-issued identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, or postal ID), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement not older than 3 months), and in some cases, photographic proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests cannot be processed until verification is complete. jetph reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to comply with regulatory obligations or to investigate suspected fraudulent activity.

5.4 Wagering Requirements

All deposited funds must be wagered at least once (1x rollover) before withdrawal is permitted, even if no bonus was claimed. This requirement exists to prevent the misuse of the Platform for money laundering purposes. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements detailed in Section 7 of these Terms and in the terms of each individual promotion.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

6.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on jetph are final and cannot be canceled, amended, or reversed once confirmed. It is your responsibility to ensure that all bet details (amount, selection, odds, game parameters) are correct before confirming the bet. jetph is not liable for bets placed in error due to user mistakes, technical issues on your device, or misunderstanding of game rules. Once a bet is accepted by the jetph system, it constitutes a binding contract between you and jetph under these Terms.

6.2 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled based on the official results as determined by jetph or the relevant third-party game provider. For sports betting, results are determined based on official league or governing body declarations. For casino games, slots, and bingo, results are determined by the certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems employed by licensed game providers. jetph's determination of bet outcomes is final and binding except in cases of obvious error, which jetph will correct at its sole discretion.

6.3 Maximum Payouts

While individual games may advertise specific maximum win amounts, jetph reserves the right to impose a maximum payout limit per 24-hour period, per week, or per month on individual user accounts. Such limits will be communicated to affected users and do not affect the validity of winnings, only the timing of their payout. Maximum payout limits are set to manage platform liquidity and prevent abuse.

6.4 Game Malfunction

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or RNG failure, all affected bets and game rounds are void and stakes will be refunded to the affected players. jetph is not liable for any consequential losses arising from game malfunctions. If a game disconnects during play, the game round will continue to its conclusion on the server side, and results will be credited or debited to your account accordingly once connection is restored.

7. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

7.1 Promotional Terms

jetph offers various bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives (collectively "Promotions") from time to time. Each Promotion is governed by specific terms and conditions that supplement these general Terms. It is your responsibility to read and understand the specific terms of any Promotion you choose to participate in. Promotional terms will always specify eligibility criteria, qualifying deposits, wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, game restrictions, expiration dates, and withdrawal conditions.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds awarded by jetph are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x, 40x) applied to the bonus amount or the combined deposit and bonus amount. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place ₱30,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus and any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, table games may contribute 10-20%, and some games may be entirely excluded.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

jetph strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times, using betting systems or strategies designed to exploit bonus terms with minimal risk, colluding with other players to manipulate promotional outcomes, or any other conduct that jetph determines in its sole discretion to be contrary to the spirit of the Promotion. jetph reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and close accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse without prior notice.

8. Responsible Gaming and Player Protection

8.1 Deposit Limits

You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time through your account settings. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediat ely and cannot be reduced or removed for 24 hours, though it can be increased immediately. Increases to deposit limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period. Deposit limits are an effective tool to prevent excessive spending and maintain control over your gambling budget.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

If you feel that your gambling is becoming problematic, you may request self-exclusion from jetph for a period of your choosing: 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, you will be unable to access your account, deposit funds, or place bets. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires. jetph also participates in the PAGCOR national self-exclusion database, and players registered on this database will be prevented from opening accounts on jetph and other PAGCOR-licensed platforms.

9. Prohibited Activities and Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jetph and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen payment methods, chargebacks, identity theft, or any form of financial fraud.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker and other player-versus-player games.
• Chip Dumping: Deliberately losing to another player to transfer funds between accounts.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or any system designed to guarantee profit from bonuses.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any third-party tools to place bets or play games without direct human input.

• Hacking or Tampering: Attempting to access, modify, or interfere with jetph's systems, databases, or software.

Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds (deposits, bonuses, and winnings), and may be reported to law enforcement authorities where appropriate. jetph cooperates fully with regulatory bodies and law enforcement in investigating suspected criminal activity.

10. Dispute Resolution and Complaints

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through internal procedures or PAGCOR mediation shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Manila, Philippines, under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center. The language of arbitration shall be English. You agree to waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against jetph.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the jetph Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, images, audio, video, game designs, database structures, and the overall "look and feel" of the Platform, is owned by jetph or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. The jetph name, logo, and all related trademarks are proprietary marks owned by jetph.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jetph Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content or software obtained from jetph without express written permission. Unauthorized commercial use of jetph's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

12.1 Termination by Player

You may close your jetph account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting account closure. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance in your account. Once an account is closed at your request, it cannot be reopened, and you will need to create a new account (subject to eligibility requirements) if you wish to use jetph services again in the future.

12.2 Termination by jetph

jetph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account immediately and without prior notice if you breach any provision of these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, fail to complete identity verification when requested, or if jetph reasonably suspects fraudulent or illegal activity. Upon account closure by jetph, all bonuses and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Legitimately deposited funds and winnings from non-bonus play will be returned to you after deduction of any fees, charges, or amounts owed to jetph, subject to completion of necessary investigations.

12.3 Dormant Accounts

If your account remains inactive (no login, deposit, or betting activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months, it will be classified as dormant. jetph reserves the right to charge a monthly dormant account maintenance fee of ₱200 or 5% of the remaining balance (whichever is lower) after providing 30 days' notice to your registered email address. Accounts with zero balance may be closed automatically after 24 months of inactivity.

13. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

13.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

jetph provides its services "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive to maintain high service standards, jetph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. jetph does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of content on the Platform, including third-party game content and live odds data.

13.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, jetph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or personal injury, even if jetph has been advised of the possibility of such damages. jetph's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

13.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless jetph, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your use of the Platform; (c) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party; or (d) any fraudulent or illegal activity conducted through your account.

14. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

jetph reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or prominent notice on the Platform. The "Effective Date" at the top of this document indicates the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of jetph services after changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to modified Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. jetph recommends checking this page monthly or whenever you log in after an extended absence to ensure you remain aware of current Terms. Claims that you were unaware of changes to the Terms will not be accepted as a defense for violations.
